By accessing or using Mind OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. Mind OS is operated by ObiMo Solutions.

Service Description

Mind OS is a personal cognitive infrastructure platform. It allows you to capture thoughts, ideas, and content, then uses AI to extract beliefs, decisions, goals, and patterns — building a living model of your thinking.

User Responsibilities

• You own all content you create on Mind OS, including notes, captures, and attachments.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you input.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mind OS.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Use AI features to generate misleading or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Mind OS.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the platform.

AI-Generated Content

Mind OS uses AI to analyze your content and generate insights. AI-generated extractions, proposals, and analyses may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of your notes, captures, and attachments. By using the service, you grant Mind OS a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing AI-powered analysis.

Our platform: The Mind OS platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI systems, is owned by ObiMo Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Disclaimer

Mind OS is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific uptime, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. AI-generated insights are intended as cognitive aids, not as authoritative sources.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@obimosolutions.com. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObiMo Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mind OS, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
